This package provides the GUI functions for interactive or non-interactive border basis computations. The ''Border Basis Algorithm'' used for computing a border basis is described in the paper [http://staff.fim.uni-passau.de/kreuzer/papers/algbb.pdf Computing border bases] written by A. Kehrein and M. Kreuzer and the same notion as in the paper is used in the Border Basis Framework. Please note that you have to start the ApCoCoABBFServer in order to use any of the functions listed here.

Similar to The Interactive Groebner Framework in CoCoA there is a Border Basis Framework in ApCoCoA. This package provides the GUI functions for interactive or non-interactive border basis computations. The Border Basis Algorithm used for computing a border basis is described in the paper Computing border bases written by A. Kehrein and M. Kreuzer and the almost the same notion as in the paper is used in the Border Basis Framework. Please see ApCoCoA:BBF.Explanation of BBF variables and structures for more information about the deviation of notion and the used structures and variables. Please note that you have to start the ApCoCoABBFServer in order to use any of the functions listed here.
