### Syntax

Num.AppKer(Matrix:MAT, Epsilon:RAT):MAT

Calculates the approximate Kernel of a `Matrix` with respect to the residual error `Epsilon`.

*Matrix*A rational matrix.@param

*Epsilon*The target residual error.@return The approximate kernel.
