Fn.Pow
Returns Base to the power of Exponent.
Syntax
Fn.Pow(Base:RAT,Exponent:RAT):RAT
Description
This function returns the value of Base to the power of Exponent.
with the current global accuracy.

@return Returns Base^Exponent.
