This category documents the package char2 of ApCoCoA. The package contains different methods to compute efficiently Groebner Basis over fields of characteristic 2. All methods need a ApCoCoAServer present and running. Otherwise they can not succeed.
Currently the package contains methods to compute Groebner basis in special representations of for some small p, as well as a method do solve a system.
Some additional information regarding the representations used and transformation between different representations can be found in the howto ApCoCoA:Representation_of_finite_fields
